The project brings together a consortium of four operators based across Wallonia and the Hauts-de-France region: UCLouvain, Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, Valenciennes Métropole and IDEA. Together, these partners combine their expertise and territorial roots to deploy coordinated actions in service of development and cross-border cooperation.
